This project will relocate the exit point to I-4 (Exit 261) almost one mile to the north and create a 1.25 mile two-lane ramp that is separated from the mainline travel lanes by guardrail.

The two-lane ramp will extend to the current area where the ramps split to go east or west on I-4. Each ramp lane will feed directly into the existing ramps onto eastbound and westbound I-4, allowing for traffic to get into the correct ramp lane well before the current decision point where the ramp splits to the two directions of I-4.

These improvements will increase safety and traffic flow for southbound I-75 approaching interstate 4.
