THIS PROJECT WAS FINAL ACCEPTED ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 24, 2019
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, Ajax Paving Industries, Inc., is repaving the westbound lanes on Kennedy Blvd (SR 60) between Ashley Drive and Nebraska Avenue in Downtown Tampa.
Other improvements include upgrading the sidewalks in areas along the corridor. This work will require intermittent closures of the sidewalks.
Construction activities are occurring during daytime and nighttime hours. Lane closures are taking place Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This project is expected to finish in early 2019.
