Project was final accepted on April 19, 2019 and marked "completed"  (to not show on web) on April 30, 2019.

This project will upgrade the southbound I-75 rest area in southern Hillsborough County at mile marker 238 between SR 674 and the Little Manatee River. Project work will include repaving the exit and entrance ramps, upgrading sidewalks and restrooms, and improving lighting. 

The rest area reopened for public use Friday afternoon, April 19, 2019. It had been closed since December 3, 2018 for the construction activities.
