The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven invites you to attend and participate in an open house to learn more about projects currently in construction and design in Tampa Heights and surrounding communities in Hillsborough County. 

The open house will provide information on the following projects:

• Florida Avenue and Tampa Street (US 41B) Urban Corridor Improvements 440511-2
• Tampa Street and Florida Avenue (US 41B) Urban Corridor Improvements 440511-8
• Ola Avenue New Bikeway 440511-5
• Central Avenue New Bikeway 440511-6
• Highland Avenue Repaving 443665-1
• I-275 Water Works Park Sidewalk Gap and Pedestrian Improvements 452877-1
• I-275 Capacity Improvements 431821-2
• I-275 Landscaping Improvements 452615-1
• Downtown Tampa Interchange (I-275/I-4) Safety and Operational Improvements 445057-1

The open house will be held in-person and as a virtual option. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to FDOT staff on the improvements and construction activities in-person and virtually via the online chat. The meetings will provide identical information, so you only need to attend one.

Format: Display boards and exhibits showing improvements and construction activities for projects will be available in an open house format. An informational presentation will run continuously during the open house. FDOT staff will be available to answer questions.

Citizens who choose to attend the virtual meeting must do so through a computer, tablet, or smartphone via GoToWebinar from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on January 29, 2025.
