THIS PROJECT WAS ACCEPTED ON JUNE 26, 2019
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, C.W. Roberts Contracting, is repaving Alexander Street (SR 39) between Jim Redman Parkway and I-4 in Hillsborough County.
Other improvements include the installation of guardrail and sidewalks.
Construction activities will occur during daytime and nighttime hours.
Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through the work zone and allow for extra travel time as delays are likely.
Construction is expected to finish in the spring of 2019.
