THIS PROJECT WAS ACCEPTED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2019.

Starting Sunday, September 30, the Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Bridge Masters Construction, will begin making bridge repairs to the concrete deck and railings along the eastbound lanes of US 92 (Gandy Bridge) over Old Tampa Bay.

Construction activities and lane closures will occur during daytime and nighttime hours.

Motorists are advised to use caution while traveling through the work zone and allow for extra travel time as delays are likely.

This $1.1 million project is anticipated to finish in the fall of 2019.
