Lanes will be closed on the US 19 southbound frontage road while Pinellas County Utilities makes repairs to a 42-inch water line. 

When repair activities require the full closure of the southbound frontage road between Nursery Road and Belleair Road access to local businesses will be maintained and a detour around the work zone will be in place.
