Eastbound I-4 Ramp (Exit 17) to Branch Forbes Road Closing Tonight

Plant City, FL – A temporary nighttime closure of the eastbound I-4 ramp (Exit 17) to Branch Forbes Road will occur from 9 p.m., Tuesday, February 17 to 6 a.m., Wednesday, February 18, weather permitting.

Eastbound I-4 motorists will have to exit the interstate using Exit 19, turn right onto Thonotosassa Road, turn right onto Baker Street, and continue westbound on US 92 (Hillsborough Avenue) toward Branch Forbes Road.

Message boards and signage will assist motorists traveling through the area. Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.

This temporary ramp closure is necessary for crews to perform paving operations as part of the I-4 interchange improvements at Branch Forbes Road in Hillsborough County.
