CR 39 from Southbound US 19 Closing Tuesday Morning
Clearwater, FL – Beginning early morning Tuesday, November 11, the Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor will close access to County Road 39 from southbound US 19. The road is expected to reopen before 3 p.m., Friday, November 14, weather permitting.
During this closure, motorists will have to detour around the work zone using Curlew Road and Belcher Road to access CR 39.
Advanced warning signs and message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area. Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers and pedestrians.
This temporary road closure is part of the ongoing improvements to US 19 from SR 580 to the north of CR 95 in Pinellas County.
