Northbound I-275 Exit 39 Nighttime Ramp Closures
The northbound I-275 Exit 39 ramp to Kennedy Boulevard/S.R. 60 East will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sunday, August 16, Monday, August 17 and Thursday, August 20. During these closures, motorists traveling to Kennedy Boulevard should continue north on I-275, exit at Lois Avenue, travel south on Lois Avenue, and turn west onto Kennedy Boulevard. Do you know when to stop for a school bus? Two lane roads, multi-lane roads without a dividing median, and divided roadways where you are traveling in the same direction (behind a stopped school bus) are ALL required to come to a complete stop – no passing allowed!
CSX Railroad Closing Alexander Street (SR 39) to the south of Reynolds Street
Beginning at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026, the Florida Department of Transportation will close a section of Alexander Street (State Road 39) to the south of Reynolds Street in Plant City for approximately 5 days.
