Eastbound I-4 Ramps (Exit 9) to I-75 Closing Wednesday Night
Eastbound I-4 Ramps (Exit 9) to I-75 Closing Wednesday Night
Tampa, FL – A temporary nighttime closure of the eastbound I-4 ramps to northbound and southbound I-75 (Exit 9) will occur from 11 p.m., Wednesday, April 29, to 5 a.m., Thursday, April 30, weather permitting.
Motorists will have to detour around the work zone by exiting the interstate at Exit 10, turning left onto Mango Road, re-entering the interstate via the westbound I-4 entrance ramp, and proceeding west toward Exit 9 to access either northbound or southbound I-75.
Message boards and signage will assist drivers traveling through the area. Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
This temporary nighttime ramp closure is part of the I-4 safety and operational improvements from east of the Tampa Bypass Canal to west of the I-75 ramps in Hillsborough County.
