Northbound I-275 Entrance Ramps from 4th St North and Ulmerton Road Closures Continue Tonight and Wednesday Night

St. Petersburg, FL – The northbound I-275 entrance ramps onto the Howard Frankland Bridge from 4th Street North and Ulmerton Road will close tonight, Tuesday, April 28, and Wednesday, April 29, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., weather permitting.  

During these ramp closures, motorists traveling on 4th Street North or Ulmerton Road will be directed to use Roosevelt Boulevard (SR 686) to access northbound I-275.  

Message boards and advanced warning signs will assist drivers traveling through this area. Motorists should expect delays and congestion during these detours.

These temporary ramp closures are necessary for crews to perform paving operations as part of the new southbound I-275 (Howard Frankland Bridge) project between Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
