Nighttime Closure of I-275 Northbound Exit 39 Ramp to S.R. 60 West, S.R. 589 North and Tampa International Airport

Tampa, FL – The northbound I-275 Exit 39 ramp bridge to S.R. 60 West/S.R. 589 North (Clearwater and Tampa International Airport) will close from 10 p.m. Monday, September 28, to 5 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, while crews repair the temporary crash cushion.

Motorists traveling to Tampa International Airport, SR 60 (Memorial Highway), and northbound SR 589 (Veterans Expressway) should take Exit 39 and continue east on West Kennedy Boulevard/SR 60, then turn left at the signalized intersection onto SR 60 northbound and follow signs to Tampa International Airport or SR 589 (Veterans Expressway). The eastbound access to Kennedy Boulevard and Westshore will remain open.

Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers and equipment.
