Northbound I-275 Exit 39 Nighttime Ramp Closures

Nightly ramp closures on northbound I-275 at Exit 39 will occur from Sunday, August 16, through Thursday, August 20, weather permitting.

The northbound I-275 Exit 39 ramp to Kennedy Boulevard/S.R. 60 East will close from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Sunday, August 16, Monday, August 17 and Thursday, August 20.

During these closures, motorists traveling to Kennedy Boulevard should continue north on I-275, exit at Lois Avenue, travel south on Lois Avenue, and turn west onto Kennedy Boulevard.

The new temporary northbound I-275 exit to S.R. 60 West, S.R. 589 North, and Tampa International Airport will close from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday, August 18, and Wednesday, August 19, while crews install roadway signage.

During these closures, motorists traveling to S.R. 60 West, S.R. 589 North, or Tampa International Airport will be directed to use the Kennedy Boulevard/S.R. 60 East exit and follow posted detour signs.

Motorists should allow additional travel time, remain alert for changing traffic conditions and follow posted detour signs while traveling through the interchange. Drivers are reminded to use caution and avoid distractions in the work zone.
