Westbound I-4 Ramp (Exit 19) to Thonotosassa Rd Closing Tonight

Tampa, FL - Beginning at 9 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, to 5 a.m., Thursday, April 9, the westbound I-4 ramp (Exit 19) to Thonotosassa Road (SR 566) will close for paving, weather permitting.

Westbound I-4 motorists needing to access Thonotosassa Road will have to exit the interstate using Exit 21, turn right onto Alexander Street (SR 39), turn right onto Baker Street (US 92), and proceed west toward Thonotosassa Road.

Message boards and signage will assist motorists traveling through the area. Drivers should use caution while driving through each work zone and remain alert for construction workers.

This temporary ramp closure is part of the I-4 interchange improvements at Thonotosassa Road (Exit 19) in Hillsborough County.
