About
This project is repaving SR 676 (Causeway Boulevard) from US 301 to US 41 (50th Street) in Hillsborough County.
Other improvements include rebuilding the pedestrian curb ramps and updating the pedestrian push-button locations to comply with ADA requirements at Maydell Drive and updating to the detection type from loops to video detection at Maydell Drive and 78th Street.
Construction activities are taking place during daytime and nighttime hours. Work requiring lane closures, including paving operations, will occur at night from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Access to driveways, sidewalks, and side streets is to be maintained.
Motorists are reminded to use caution when traveling through the work zone and remain alert for pedestrians and construction workers.
Construction activities are expected to be completed by during spring 2026.
