All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
This project installed an overhead flashing beacon at Harney Road and adding traffic signals at Stacy Road and McIntosh Road in the Thonotosassa area of Hillsborough County.
In addition, the improvements at Stacy Road and McIntosh Road included signalized pedestrian crossings and intersection lighting. The old Fort King Trail crossing to John B. Sargeant Sr. Memorial Park was realigned to cross at the Stacy Road traffic signal.
Construction activities were expected to finish during the spring of 2025.
