As of November 7, 2024, all construction activities associated with this project have been completed.  

The Florida Department of Transportation's Design-Build firm, Cone & Graham, Inc., is making roadway lighting improvements to SR 674 from US 301 to east of Edina Street in Hillsborough County.

Safety improvements include installing new light poles and retrofitting existing light poles along SR 674. 

Construction activities are expected to be complete in spring 2025.
