The purpose of this project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement through milling and resurfacing along this section of Highland Avenue in Hillsborough County. 

In addition to resurfacing, the project also includes signing and pavement markings and  minor drainage improvements.

Other improvements include widening the current sidewalks and adding two pedestrian crosswalks within the limits of this project.

Construction is currently anticipated to begin in Spring 2027.
