About
The purpose of this project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement through milling and resurfacing along this section of U.S. 92 (Baker Street) in Plant City.
In addition to resurfacing, this project also includes ADA upgrades, adding or replacing signage, as well as adding rapid flashing beacon pedestrian crossings at N. Dort St. and N. Michigan Ave.
Other improvements include adding special emphasis crosswalks and adding or replacing signal reflectorized backplates.
Construction is currently anticipated to begin in Spring 2029.
