The purpose of this project is to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement through milling and resurfacing the roadway pavement on SR 39A (Paul Buchman Hwy) from north of I-4 interchange to SR 39 (Alexander Street) in Hillsborough County.

In addition, this project will also include signing, pavement markings, minor signalization improvements at Sam Allen Road intersection, and minor drainage improvements.

Construction is currently anticipated to begin Spring 2028.
