All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, Watson Civil Construction, Inc., repaved 62nd Street North from Columbus Drive to the CSX Intermodal Center in Tampa.
Other improvements included replacing the existing drainage ditch with a closed reinforced concrete pipe system, adding bike lanes, and installing sidewalks.
