This project will widen the eastbound I-4 exit ramp onto Mango Road (Exit 10) to construct a new right turn lane and a second left turn lane in Seffner, Hillsborough County.

In addition, a new traffic signal is being added at this location. 

Construction activities are expected to finish during early 2026.

  • Eastbound I-4 Ramp (Exit 10) to Mango Road Closing Wednesday and Thursday Nights

    Seffner, FL – Temporary closures of the eastbound I-4 ramp (Exit 10) to Mango Road will occur nightly on Wednesday, October 1 and Thursday, October 2 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., weather permitting.

    Detour Route: Eastbound I-4 motorists will have to exit the interstate using Exit 14, turn right onto McIntosh Road, turn right onto Hillsborough Avenue, and continue west on Hillsborough Avenue toward Mango Road.

    Drivers should remain alert for construction workers and use caution while traveling through the work zone.

    These closures allow crews to perform traffic signal installation work as part of the I-4 interchange improvements at Mango Road (Exit 10) in Seffner, Hillsborough County.
