This project will build a bikeway along Ola Avenue in Tampa. The project will include lighting, signing, and signal enhancements for designated pedestrian crossings along the alignment.   

The Ola Avenue bikeway route will begin at 7th Avenue and travel north to Violet Street then along River Boulevard toward the Hillsborough Avenue pedestrian underpass.

From there, the new bikeway route will continue along Ola Avenue to Hanna Avenue - from Hanna Avenue to Highland Avenue, then onto Thomas Street. From Thomas Street, the bikeway will head north along Highland Avenue and Dartmouth Avenue, reaching Kirby Street toward the trailhead at Florida Avenue.

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction activities are anticipated to begin Fall of 2024.
