Reo Street Widening and Repaving from Cypress Street to Gray Street

All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Monday, April 28, 2025. 

This project widened Reo Street from a two-lane road to a four-lane road from Cypress Street to Gray Street in Tampa. 

The newly widened roadway has two southbound lanes, one northbound lane, and along the center a two-way turn lane. 

Improvements to the intersection of Cypress Street and Reo Street included adding an eastbound right turn lane, a westbound left turn lane, and installing a new traffic signal.  

In addition, a 10-foot-wide sidewalk was added along Reo Street from Gray Street to Cypress Point Park.
