About
This project consists of widening Reo Street from a two lane road to a four lane road between Gray and Cypress streets in Tampa.
When complete, the new widened road will have two lanes in the southbound direction, one lane in the northbound direction and a two-way turn lane. Improvements to the Cypress St. / Reo St. intersection include adding an eastbound right turn lane, westbound left turn lane and traffic signal at the intersection.
A 10-foot-wide sidewalk will be built along Reo St. from Gray Street to Cypress Point Park as well.
The project is currently being designed. Construction is anticipated to begin 2024.
