All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Monday, December 2, 2024. 

This project added various pedestrian features along Nebraska Avenue (US 41) between Kennedy Boulevard and Arctic Street in Tampa. 

Improvements included the installation of mid-block crossings, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, pedestrian signals, pedestrian refuge islands, pedestrian lighting and pedestrian hybrid beacon signals.
