All construction activities associated with this project were completed on December 10, 2025.
This project repaved the southbound travel lanes on US Business 41 (Highland Avenue) from west of Florida Avenue to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Tampa.
Additional improvements included driveway and sidewalk reconstruction (where needed), minor drainage work, signing and pavement markings, and signalization upgrades.
