As of March 28, 2024, all construction activities associated with this project have been completed.

This project is making pedestrian safety improvements with the construction of a mid-block crossing at SR 685/N. Florida Avenue north of 127th Avenue in Hillsborough County.

Improvements include the installation of the mid-block crosswalk with a pedestrian refuge island within the median and the installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB).

This project is expected to finish in spring 2024.
