All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Friday, February 6, 2026.
This project repaved Fowler Avenue (SR 582) from west of 51st Street to west of Riverhills Drive in Temple Terrace.
Other improvements included the addition of a new mid-block pedestrian signal at 52nd Street, extension of the westbound left-turn lanes onto 56th Street, retrofitted highway lighting, updated ADA features, and performed minor drainage work.
