All construction activities associated with this project were completed on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
This project repaved a section US 301 from Balm Road/Paseo Al Mar Boulevard to Whitt Road in Hillsborough County.
Additional improvements included the installation of a directional median opening at US 301 and Cowley Road to reduce conflicts and improve safety conditions. This project also included minor drainage work, and pedestrian safety improvements.
