About

This project will resurface the asphalt roadway of US 98 / SR 50 from south of Jasmine Drive to Mondon Hill Road in Hernando County. Highway signing and pavement markings are also included in the project plans.

Drivers can expect daytime lane closures; when scheduled, the closure details will be posted below. The posted speed limit around-the-clock has been reduced from 60 MPH to 50 MPH for worker and driver safety. The speed limit will return to 60 MPH after construction is completed.
