Harney Road Under I-75 Closing Monday and Tuesday Nights

Tampa, FL – A full road closure of Harney Road under I-75 to occur between US 301 and Williams Road on Monday, March 2 and Tuesday, March 3, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting.

Message boards and temporary signage will assist motorists traveling through the detour route using US 301 and Williams Road.

Drivers should use caution when traveling through the work zone. Stay alert for changes in traffic patterns, observe posted speed limits, and always be vigilant for construction workers and equipment moving in the area.

These temporary road closures are necessary for crews to perform overhead bridge work as part of the widening of I-75 from the Tampa Bypass Canal to Fowler Avenue in Hillsborough County.
