Harney Road Under I-75 Closing Sunday and Monday Nights

Tampa, FL – A full road closure of Harney Road under I-75 between US 301 and Williams Road will occur nightly on Sunday, June 14, and Monday, June 15, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting.

Message boards and temporary signage will assist motorists traveling through the detour route using US 301 and Williams Road.

Drivers should use caution when traveling through the work zone and be vigilant for construction workers and equipment in the area.

These nighttime road closures are necessary to allow crews to perform overhead bridge work during the widening of I-75 from the Tampa Bypass Canal to Fowler Avenue in Hillsborough County. For more information on this project, visit FDOT Tampa Bay.
