New Traffic Signal: SR 574 (Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd) at N 12th St

Tampa, FL - A new traffic signal and pedestrian crossing has been energized and are now operational along SR 574 (W Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard) at N 12th Street in Hillsborough County.

Drivers should remain alert to the changed traffic conditions as motorists and pedestrians get used to the new signalized intersection.

Last year, the Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Cone & Graham, Inc., began making safety improvements to this busy Tampa intersection by adding a new traffic signal, pedestrian signals, and crosswalks. The project is expected to finish next month.
