Northbound I-275 Entrance Ramps from Ulmerton Rd and 4th St North) Closing Monday Night
St. Petersburg, FL – The northbound I-275 entrance ramps onto the Howard Frankland Bridge from Ulmerton Road (SR 688) and 4th Street North (SR 687) will close from 11 p.m., Monday, March 9 to 5 a.m., Tuesday, March 10, weather permitting.
During these ramp closures, motorists traveling on Ulmerton Road or northbound 4th Street North will be directed to use Roosevelt Boulevard (SR 686), to access northbound I-275.
Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through this area. Motorists should expect delays and congestion during these detours.
These temporary ramp closures are necessary for crews to perform paving operations as part of the new southbound I-275 (Howard Frankland Bridge) project between Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
