Northbound I-275 Ramp (Exit 39) to SR 60 West & SR 589 North Closing Nightly

Tampa, FL – The northbound I-275 ramp (Exit 39) to SR 60 West/SR 589 North will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., Sunday, April 12, through Thursday, April 16; Sunday, April 19, through Thursday, April 23; and Sunday, April 26, through Thursday, April 30, weather permitting.

Motorists needing to access SR 60 (Memorial Highway) and SR 589 (Veterans Expressway) should continue east on Kennedy Boulevard, turn left onto SR 60, and proceed north. Access to eastbound Kennedy Boulevard and Westshore Boulevard will remain open during these temporary ramp closures.

Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers and equipment.

These closures are necessary for crews to install sections of temporary barrier wall throughout the project limits of Tampa’s Westshore Interchange (I-275/SR 60) project.
