NOW OPEN: Broadway Avenue under US 301 in Tampa

Broadway Avenue under US 301 is now open to traffic. Yesterday evening, Friday, July 31, 2026, crews reopened a section of Broadway Avenue under US 301 in Tampa.

This road closure was necessary for crews to construct pier protection walls on Broadway Avenue under US 301 as part of the repaving of US 301 from Bloomingdale Avenue to SR 574 (Dr Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard) in Hillsborough County.

Motorists should use caution while driving through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
