Southbound US 301 Under I-75 Closing Sunday Night

Temple Terrace, FL - A temporary closure of southbound US 301 under I-75 between Williams Road and Harney Road will occur from 10 p.m. Sunday, August 9, to 5:30 a.m. Monday, August 10, weather permitting.

Message boards and temporary signage will assist motorists traveling through the detour route using Williams Road and Harney Road. Travel lanes along northbound US 301, including side streets and driveways, will remain open to local traffic during the temporary road closure.

Motorists are reminded to slow down, stay alert, and drive safely through the work zone.

This road closure is necessary for crews to continue performing overhead bridge work as part of the I-75 widening from the Tampa Bypass Canal to Fowler Avenue in Hillsborough County.
