About
This project includes milling and resurfacing, safety modifications, and ADA enhancements along County Road (CR) 54 in the Wesley Chapel area of Pasco County.
Other improvements include minor drainage modifications, traffic signalization modifications, signage and pavement markings, and a corridor lighting analysis.
The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in fall of 2027.
Public Involvement
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 held a public meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Wesley Chapel Library, 27531 Mystic Oak Boulevard, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. For public meeting materials, see below.
