This project includes the resurfacing of SR 686 (East Bay Drive) from east of the Highland Avenue intersection to west of the Belcher Road intersection.

Safety modifications, improved ADA facilities, minor drainage modifications, signalization, signage and pavement markings, and lighting improvements are also included as part of this project.

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2026.
