All construction activities associated with the SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) bridge maintenance project were completed on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, Engineer Control Systems Corporation, performed bridge maintenance activities that included slope protection and concrete cap repairs at the ends of each access road under the SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) Bridge in Hillsborough County.
Most construction activities took place during daytime hours. Access roads leading to the construction sites were temporarily closed to motorists and pedestrians throughout the duration of the project.
Motorists traveling along SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) were not impacted by this bridge maintenance project.
