This project will repave SR 699 (Blind Pass Road) from north of 75th Avenue to north of W Gulf Boulevard in Pinellas County.

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction activities are anticipated to begin in 2026.

UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETING: The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in a public meeting for a proposed median modification as part of a roadway resurfacing project on SR 699/Blind Pass Road from north of 75th Avenue to north of W. Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, Pinellas County, Florida. The public meeting will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. 

Attend the public meeting in person anytime from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the City of St. Pete Beach - Commission Chambers, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706. Attendees will receive project information, view project displays, and have the opportunity to submit comments and speak with the project team. 

For those unable to attend in person, the public meeting presentation will be available to view online beginning July 17, 2025.

AUGUST 2024 PUBLIC MEETING: FDOT held a public meeting for proposed median modifications as part of a roadway resurfacing project on SR 699/Blind Pass Road from north of 75th Avenue to north of W.
