This project includes resurfacing of Blind Pass Road (SR 699) from north of 75th Avenue to north of W Gulf Boulevard in Pinellas County.

The project is currently in the design phase.

Construction activities are anticipated to begin in 2027.
 

**PUBLIC MEETING**
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, invites you to attend and participate in a public meeting for a proposed median modification as part of a roadway resurfacing project on SR 699/Blind Pass Road from north of 75th Avenue to north of W. Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, Pinellas County, Florida. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. 

Attend the public meeting in person anytime from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Treasure Island City Hall Chambers, 10451 Gulf Boulevard, Treasure Island, FL 33706. Attendees will be able speak to the project team and submit comments.

For those unable to attend in-person, the public meeting presentation will be available here on the project's webpage to view online beginning August 13, 2024.
