This project will repave SR 699 (Blind Pass Road) from north of 75th Avenue to north of W Gulf Boulevard in Pinellas County.

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction activities are anticipated to begin in 2028.

AUGUST 2024 PUBLIC MEETING: FDOT held a public meeting for proposed median modifications as part of a roadway resurfacing project on SR 699/Blind Pass Road from north of 75th Avenue to north of W. Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, Pinellas County, Florida. The public meeting was held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. For those unable to attend in-person, the public meeting presentation was made available here on the project's webpage to view online beginning August 13, 2024.
