This project will repave 2.7 miles along SR 699 (Gulf Boulevard) in Pinellas County.

Updates to ADA facilities, signalization improvements, signing and pavement markings, and the addition of a pedestrian crossing at Sandcastle III, south of Whitehurst Avenue, are also included with this project. 

The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in summer 2027.
