About
US 19 north of Marine Parkway: The purpose of this project is to enhance safety by removing the left turn lane on US 19 (SR 55) north of Marine Parkway in Pasco County.
Construction activities are anticipated to begin in Fall 2025.
US 19 at Louis Avenue: The purpose of this project is to enhance safety by adding a pedestrian traffic signal mid-block crosswalk on US 19 at Louis Avenue in Pasco County. 
Construction activities are anticipated to begin in Summer 2026.
Upcoming Public Meeting (US 19 north of Louis Avenue): Attend the public meeting in person on Thursday, October 23, 2025, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the South Holiday Library, 4649 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday, Florida 34690. Attendees will receive project information, view project displays, and have the opportunity to submit comments and speak with the project team.
For those unable to attend in person, the public meeting presentation is available to view online.
Past Public Meeting (US 19 north of Marine Parkway): The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven, hosted a public meeting for this project on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the New Port Richey Public Library, Magnolia Room, 5939 Main St, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Materials and the pre-recorded presentation were posted to the project website on June 26, 2025. Materials from the public meeting can be found below.
