As of March 23, 2026, all construction activities associated with this project have been completed.
The Florida Department of Transportation's Design-Build firm, Cone & Graham, Inc., is making roadway lighting improvements to SR 694 (Gandy Boulevard) (Causeway Boulevard) from west of 94th Street to Derby Lane in Pinellas County.
Safety improvements include retrofitting existing roadway lighting fixtures with LED luminaires.
Construction activities are expected to be complete in early 2027.

What is design-build?
