As of October 19, 2023, all work was completed and this project was final-accepted from the contractor.
This project reconstructed and widened US 41 (Land O' Lakes Boulevard) to a four lane divided road from north of Connerton Boulevard to south of SR 52. This project ties into the SR 52 construction widening project, which also has work on US 41.
A shared use path was constructed along the east side of US 41. Other project work included drainage improvements and roadway signing / marking.

Progress Update >>> All lanes now open!
As of Tuesday, October 3, 2023, all lanes are now open within the US 41 project area from north of Connerton Boulevard to south of State Road 52.

Construction began on March 12, 2021 and was completed on October 19, 2023.
* Construction cost includes original construction contract amount plus approved contract changes. It does not include inspection oversite.
