About

This project will build a paved multi-use trail connecting the Withlacoochee State Trail to the Dunnellon Trail.

The new trail includes a pedestrian crossing at US 41 near CR 39 in Citrus County. Based on public input, the crossing at US 41 will be an underpass rather than an overpass.

Construction is underway and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
