Construction has been completed and the project final accepted on October 16, 2020.
This project repaved SR 39 (Paul Buchman Highway) between the Hillsborough County line and Bay Avenue in Crystal Springs. The pavement was also widened to allow the bicycle lanes to be extended through the County Line Road / Florida Avenue intersection.
