  • I-175 from 16th Street S to 4th Street S
    Lane closures: Sunday, March 23 through Thursday, March 27 nights from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

  • Westbound I-175 Entrance Ramp from 6th Street South Closing Nightly

    St. Petersburg, FL – Beginning Sunday, March 23 through Thursday, March 27, the westbound I-175 entrance ramp from 6th Street South will close nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. weather permitting.

    During these temporary closures, motorists traveling on 6th Street South will have to turn west onto 4th Avenue South, then turn left onto Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street South to access the westbound I-175 entrance ramp.

    Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should expect delays and congestion during this detour.

    These closures are part of the I-175 concrete pavement repairs project from 16th Street South to 4th Street South in Pinellas County. Construction activities are expected to finish during late 2025.
