As of December 15, 2023, all construction activities associated with this project have been completed.  

This project will construct curb bulb-outs at 10 intersections along 4th St between 5th Ave N and 5th Ave S to improve pedestrian safety.

Construction is underway and estimated to be complete in early 2024.
